Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you updated on your order status via email.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take additional time.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately:
Common Delivery Issues:
- Package shows delivered but not received: Check with neighbors and your mailroom. Contact us if still missing after 24 hours.
- Damaged package: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Wrong item received: Contact us immediately for a replacement.
- Delayed shipment: Track your package for updates. Delays can occur due to weather or carrier issues.
